I worked with Juliet Tunyan closely to buy a multi-unit property for rental purpose as a source of income. Juliet worked diligently and with extreme patience; discussing with me all aspects of my requirements. Juliet has been an absolute delight to work with. She is always available and open to any lame questions that you can ask. Juliet Tunyan is an amazing realtor. Home selling and buying is incredibly stressful! The best Real Estate agent in LA. She is very professional, approachable and easy to work with the most important thing is that she never pushes you to buy something. She would give you time and space and would only start calling and texting you properties when you are ready. She is very organized, on top of her work and answers the phone whenever you call. She goes out of her way to help people and make sure they are getting the best deal with the house and/or loan. She also gave us tips and ideas on areas that we could save money. Juliet is an amazing realtor and being First Time Home Buyer's she explained the entire process to us from start to finish and was available to answer even the most easy and basic of questions. She is very responsive and extremely professional. She was extremely through on her followup with the seller's party and made sure that even the smallest of details like parking space assignments were figured out before the closing process.
